Our staff has extensive planning, project management, and engineering experience to successfully complete a broad range of complex projects in five primary lines of service: land development, water resources, municipal, environmental, and planning.  EC has performed projects for various municipal, state and federal agencies, regional water authorities, as well as a wide range of commercial, manufacturing, and industrial clients.  Management and engineering responsibilities include all phases of field investigation, feasibility studies, technology investigation, technology evaluation, process selection, conceptual and final detailed design, and construction management implementation.  EC is intimately familiar with applicable local, state and federal regulations.

Waller Creek Tunnel Project
The Waller Creek 100-year floodplain covers much of downtown Austin, spreading out up to 800 feet wide in areas and leaving homes, businesses, and downtown parks at risk for severe flooding and stream bank erosion.  More
Travis County Hamilton Pool Restoration Project
Hamilton Pool is a naturally occurring pool on Hamilton Creek. The natural feature has been a landmark for the Texas Hill Country and Austin area for centuries.
